You would think this product would be designed to work flawlessly with their flagship devices, but unfortunately that is not the case. The product is unusable and shouldn't be allowed to be sold. After researching online, this appears to be a common issue, yet the product is still being sold.

Saw them at BestBuy and thought I'd give them another chance because I love google products and have the google phone. Great decision - the bass update has been awesome and the color is different, but cool. If you want something that easily works with your phone and google assistant this is what you need.

It always felt as though they were about to fall out or were irritating the ears. Other than the comfort issues, the buds sounded okay, but were a bit quiet. Seemed to be built well with easy connection to Android phone.

Thanks a lot for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry for the comfort issues you've been having. We suggest trying out a different eartip size to fit each of your ears. Once placed in your ears, rotating backwards until the stabilizer arc tucks in under the back corner of the ear and the eartip is secure in the ear canal for a secure and comfortable fit. It's always a constant hassle with having to pair them again, again, and again ... numerous times in a day all because the Left bud decides to disconnect in between listenings, leaving only the Right one working. And when it does decide to work/connect it ends up having this weird static buzz come through. I did like the whole look,etc but what matters more is the functionality more so than the look and this is where these buds have fallen super short on. I bought them because I do own a pixel phone but even then it doesn't cut it. I RECOMMEND FOR YOU TO BUY SOME OTHER BRAND EARBUDS BC THIS AREN'T WORTH THE MONEY AND HASSLE, TRUST ME.

I use them daily. They take some used to getting to fit in your ears. When I first got them there was an annoying low buzzing noise but with updates it has mostly gone away. I used to hear it during audiobooks but I don't anymore so I am very happy with them now since the updates!
