I purchased these and had connection issues and the right ear bud felt like it was pulsing with phone calls. Got a replacement pair and the left ear bud will not turn on. I've reset the buds, restarted my phone, done all the normal and abnormal reset processes. Nothing has worked. Will be returning these as well. I was excited about the product. Not going to be getting another replacement.

I bought this product as a Father’s Day gift. And he was not disappointed one bit. A couple weeks after he’s had the he told me, “this is the best present I’ve ever received”. Definitely exceeded his expectations

I really like these. They just work perfectly with my Pixel 4XL. Dont look for insane noise canceling, however I love them for going for a run since the allow all ambient noise in... and they are pretty light.

This product is great when it works, but the Bluetooth is so inconsistent between the two buds it just isn't reliable enough to justify the price compared to other sets.

I am a big fan of Google products and owned the first version of Pixel Buds. These were a must have. Improves on the first version in every way. Feel great, look great and sound great. Charge really fast and the case is perfect.

I had very high hopes for these earbuds. What I have noticed is that alot of reviewers were sent review units. These reviewers gave good reviews and did not have the issues I had. As of right now I would warn anyone from getting them. My first pair arrived and had static issues. You will hear the static over soft music. I returned my first pair thinking they were defective and was sent a second pair. Again the same issue was happening. Google forms are full of complaints and from the sounds of it Google is aware. I tried to wait for Google to come out with a firmware fix but using them got worse. They would disconnect randomly or one bud would be out of sync with the other. I did return the second one sent and exchanged it for the galexy buds +. There are some major difference between the two. The first is comfort in your ear the pixel buds cause major discomfort from the pointy stem that sticks out. Second is the sound does not seem to go very high or have any bass. Lastly the pixel buds have a 5 hour battery life. I was really wanted these to be great but they are not. As I said before it may be able to get a firmware update and fix these problems. However, it looks like Google may have rushed a not finished product or there may be some manufacturing issues for the sold to public. Like I said no major reviewer had these issues but these were review units. Like to thank Best Buy for letting me return these so easily. I told them the issue and they were quick to help.

I had the first gen of these since launch. They were great but had some issues with connectivity. These are way better. I read a lot of complaints before purchasing these but havent experienced any issues. Highly recommend.

These earbuds work perfectly with my new Google pixel 5. the connection doesn't drop as I've heard people talk about so I guess mines are fine. I suggest that you get yours and I'm sure they probably will work fine too

the ear pieces that come with it don’t fit my ears that well. the rubber hurts my ears and they need software updates, nice for newer earphones but not for me.

Connects and works fine, good build quality. Constant hissing when using it is so annoying though.

Great product. I used these with my Samsung S20+. They were seemless. WIsh the noise cancelling was better like the Bose, but that is asking too much. Especially since the price is much lower in comparison.

This is simple a direct hit on Apple i pro, i own both, I would still rate apple air pod pro higher if u are using a apple phone, but for Android device/android phone or even a samsung phone, this is a good one...

I am a long time google user and supporter. I was so excited for these headphones and then SO disappointed with them. The connection would drop constantly, the sound quality for phone conversations was awful. As a Pixel phone user and long time google fan, I would never recommend these to anyone.

I purchased these for family members who own Google Pixel phones, so I don't have first hand experience with them, but these they seem to be pleased with them and I have not heard any complaints.

Consistently buzzing even after 3 months of RMAs. Evbenthough it was past the deadline, BB made it right and took back the device.

I'm sad to say I was super disappointed in these headphones. I'm a huge fan of Google's products and services and looked forward to the release of the Pixel Buds 2. I didn't own the original Pixel Buds but tried them out and loved their sound quality. A more advanced, truly wireless pair with advanced Assistant functionality seemed like a no brainer. I ordered these as soon as I could, and had to wait a bit as they proved extremely popular upon launch. Wen I finally got them, I was very excited, but they just did not fit properly. I tried all different combinations of ear tips and twists and turns, but the right side bud just would not stay in my ear. It would fall out constantly, no matter what I did, so I had to make the hard decision to return them. It was such a shame because I loved the way they sounded, I loved the way they felt (when stationary in my ears), and I LOVED the size, shape, feel, and functionality of the charging case. But if they can't stay in both my ears, all that is meaningless. Also, I was looking forward to the handsfree Google Assistant functionality, but found it didn't work quite as I had expected. It would have been great if Google could have figured out a way to initiate, answer, and end calls hands free.

I have owned a lot of wireless earbuds. The pixel buds is just outstanding. It is the airpod alternative in my opinion. Works great with my pixel 5 after the update which fixes the Bluetooth issue.

I love these they got the best work seamlessly with my pixel phone and Fitbit I use them every day all day. I wish they had active noise canceling but hopefully that will be on the next model

Constantly disconnects. Every song, it needs to reconnect. Most frustrating thing ever. My $30 off brand buds are way superior. Best Buy approximately 15 day return policy (from date it arrived at my house) is ridiculous for people who have busy lives.
