So I want to say I am an Android fan. I love their phones. Have owned a pixel since back in the nexus days. I bought these buds and I have to say I have been happy with the features. The touch is a little finicky. You may try to skip a song but it doesn't pickup the second tap so it pause the track. The real problem is that the design of the unit. I have had it happen on a couple of times where the rubber tip will come off the unit when I go to pull the buds out of my ear. Usually it has not been an issue. This past time on the other hand, I could not get the rubber tip out. I tried everything and had a friend try. It would not come out. So now I sit at urgent care waiting to get the dang thing out. I will NOT recommend these to anyone. For the design. How are they the only ones that have ever done this to me?

I had high hopes for these earbuds, but unfortunately despite claiming they work with iphones, they really don’t. They don’t have an iphone app which means no firmware updates and no extra features. If you are reading this and you have an iphone, just spend the little extra and get an Airpods Pro!

I was so disappointed when these didn't work as I was expecting - and as promised by Google. I purchased them to use at work for our Teams meetings. The setup was a breeze and linked easily to my Pixel phone and work computer. I had our IT team double-check everything and test them, and they worked exactly as they should. Unfortunately, after trying to use them in "real life" for three different Teams meetings, they are now back in Best Buy's hands and I'm awaiting a refund. They started out fine at the beginning of each meeting, but for no reason, they just stopped working during three different meetings. And yes, they were fully charged. IT spent several hours with them and researched the problem online as well, to no avail. So, I'm back to using my relatively inexpensive, low-tech headset that works like a charm.

The Google Pixel Buds are an excellent choice for anyone looking to get truly wireless headphones for their Pixel/Android device. They are quick and easy to pair with a Pixel phone or on an Android phone using the Pixel Buds App. They can also be paired with any Bluetooth capable device including any Apple devices, although you lose almost all functionality without either the app or a Pixel device. The fit is customizable using the provided tips which cover a decent range of ear sizes, if you've had issues with being outside of these ranges on other devices you will probably have issues here as well but overall there is a good range for most people. Sound quality is great and making/taking calls sounds really good on both ends. The fact that you can use either earbud to play music, take calls, or whatever is great, it allows you to switch between earbuds just using one at a time if you choose to make your battery last even longer and to keep a good awareness of what is going on around you. I generally prefer to only use one earbud at a time and on some other "wireless" earbuds this isn't possible to do as only one of the earbuds is actually connecting to your phone and the other connects to the connected earbud, this makes it so that you cannot use whichever earbud you would like as you always have to have in the one that connects to the phone, with the Pixel Buds that is not the case as both earbuds can be connected to your phone individually allowing you to switch them out as you prefer. These are a great choice for anyone looking for in-ear earbuds for their Android/Pixel device, if you are going to use them on any other Bluetooth device just be aware that you will have almost none of the additional functionality available, but they are still a good pair of earbuds regardless.

These buds were great to begin with and now they are showing the same problems everyone else is seeing. They do not stay connected, consistently dropping calls and the connection. They are terrible. I hate I wasted my money.
