Great earbuds! Can't leave home without them. I use them to listen to my podcasts, ask Google anything, etc.

Battery doesn't last 5 hrs as claimed. 3-4 @ best.

Love what google offers but this item fell short of expectations

Used them a few times. Skips and pops every time. Not one uninterrupted session. Latest firmware and I've tried the "take the left one out of the case first" trick. I want to like them, but I really want them to just work. If I was eligible, I'd return them.

Works best with android, and only purchased for the language translation which is hit and miss.

Amazing headphones. I use everyday either with my phone or with a bluetooth adapter and my work pc.

I wanted to like these, but they were riddled with firmware bugs for me. After many attempts with google support and my own online troubleshooting, I had to return them. Sound and call quality was great, when they worked.

Tried 2 different pairs. The first pair would not connect to any devices. Exchanged them for a new pair and the left earbud frequently drops connection. Will be returning this pair and waiting for a better product.

I have a Pixel and want to love these so badly, but the battery life is horrifying. I returned these and got the Galaxy Buds Plus, which is annoying because I'm now running a Samsung app on my Pixel. So frustrating, but the battery lives forever and suits my daily needs.

Not near as good as the Samsung or apple alternatives.

First let me say, the packaging, build quality, case, and ear buds are very well made, work flawlessly, and are pleasing to touch and put in and out of the case. A definite 5 star product in that respect. There are two reasons I decided on a 4 Star over a 5 star review but bear in mind these do not disappoint. Reason 1: Wishing there was active noise canceling that could be set at low, mid, high rather than not being a feature at all. Reason 2: They are comfortable, but I always notice and feel like I have something in my ear. I am not sure how this might be improved, but wish they were there with out noticing them as much. The product came with three different sized rubber seals to fit different ear sizes which accomplish the task, but if they were maybe a bit softer or more form fitting, I think this would really take these buds to the next level. That being said, they fire on all cylinders when in use. Battery life is excellent, storage and charging case is a design masterpiece, and the in-app equalizer to adjust audio settings to the user’s preference is really a great feature. They are attractive to look at in the ear, setup and connection is a breeze, and there are some additional features which work well. Features include tapping, touching, sliding on either bud to control functions like pause, play, next, previous work amazingly well. I really like that you can slide your finger forward or backward on the buds to increase or decrease the volume and it responds appropriately when using this function and not much while adjusting them in my ear. They can also to my surprise respond to ok google and let you decide if you want to hear your various phone notifications by touching and holding on either bud for a few seconds. The reasons stated above for earning 4 vs 5 stars do not outweigh the positives of these buds and I would highly recommend as a go to set of earbuds if you want a well designed and functioning product. Maybe some small tweaks will be seen in future design updates, however I prefer to have these now and would gladly purchase a future updated version should they be released down the line. Top notch product, well executed, and the final item for the consumers is pretty close to perfect.
