    I got these headphones as part of the Best Buy Tech Insider Program and these are some great headphones. Most in ear headphones are not comfortable for long term wear or they have trouble staying in but these fit snuggly and I can hardly notice they're there. The sound quality is solid. Crisp clear sound that is good no matter if you're taking with someone, listening to music, or playing games. These headphones also have some great features that many others don't. I love the 'In Ear' detection mode. This way, if I have to remove an ear bud to talk to someone, my media will auto pause until I reinsert the bud or start it manually. I also love how it seamlessly syncs with Google assistant and I was surprised at how well the translate feature worked. The touch controls are also great and work well. The battery is on par with most other wireless headphones but one great feature that sets it apart is the power share option that allows my phone to become a wireless charging pad for my headphones. Now, as long as I have phone battery to spare, I can make sure my headphones are charged at all times. Overall, these are great headphones and I would really recommend them to anyone who is looking for feature packed headphones that sound great!

    Would keep disconnecting and sound would come out of one ear bud and then cut to the other ear bud. Did not work well and I would not recommend it

    Left bud didn't connect after firmware update to 550. Resetted it multiple times, and tried all troubleshooting instructions. Nothing worked. Had to return.

    Not sure how it has more than 1 star review. The design is crappy and gets frequent connection issues. Left earpiece stopped working after 2 months
