Basic track control functionality (pause/play, restart track) didn't work on either my iPhone or my MacBook. While I understand these are primary geared toward Android devices - specifically the Pixel line - they are still a Bluetooth headphone and basic things like track control should work regardless. Only headphone in the dozens I've owned and/or tried that botched something so basic. Research online indicates I'm the only one experiencing this.

They have a lot going for them aesthetically, and the charging system is great, and the fit is great... But at the end of the day they don't do what they are designed to do. This unit is plagued with problems that are well known, just hit Google. Back to the drawing board on these, hopefully the new version is better with Bluetooth drop offs, connectivity etc. Issues like that make even the coolest earbuds unusable. Returned.

Constant loud static. Uncomfortable. Unimpressive.

This turned out to be a widespread issue amongst users, and it didn't improve even after a firmware update. The buds were painful to wear for even a few minutes, and the sound quality was comparable to headphones a fraction of the price. I can't believe Google put out this product, and are charging this much for it. Do yourself a favor, and find a brand that has more experience in wireless headphones.
