    I tried 3 different pairs of these. They all had terrible performance, audio cutting out, distorted audio, poor battery life, and the live translation it promised does not even do what it advertises. I had to go back to my Samsung Buds but upgrades to Buds+ which are much better.

    Connection Problems

    I found these to be totally unusable. The left bud dropped out all the time and resets/re-pairing didn't work. Google support appeared to be completed befuddled about the issue with several patches that didn't work. I tried to get them to work for 2 days and then returned them.

    I had these set up in less than 30 seconds. Which is something g I always look for in wireless connections. Overall the sound is great, the highs are clear, the mids are full. The bass is decent but could use one more level. The best part about these earbuds are the weight. I’ve used plenty of other earbuds and none are as comfortable or lightweight. I am able to wear these for hours without any signs of having painful ear.

    Horrible! Absolutely horrible! Audio kept cutting out of one or both ears. Google didn't acknowledge it at first. When they finally did they couldn't give a timeline for a fix or if they would. Returned these and got Galaxy Buds+. Couldn't be happier.

    Have had it for couple days and attempted to see if issue could be resolved and it turns out it is a very common issue I don't think the sound dropping is coming from the Bluetooth connection. Awesome features but does not satisfy for price purchased.

    These have so many connection and software issues that they are unusable. Recent updates from Google have only made issues worse, and until they figure out how to actually have quality control with their products you should look at other brands.

    Super hyped before they came. Absolutely garbage earbuds. I use them to cut the grass and they keep falling out. No matter what attachment ear piece is on. Horrible sound quality. You can hear everything except your music or calls

      Regarding the fitting issue, if you haven't done so already, you can try on different size eartips for each ear to see if they stay on.

      If you are using an Android device that's version 6 or higher, you can activate Adaptive Sound. It automatically optimizes volume based on the noise level of your environment.     Broke in less than 3 months, left side stopped working and got a free replacement with my geek squad warranty, even when used on my pixel 3xl, gave me connection issues as well as sound quality issues.

    Received them in a timely manner. 1-3 days after using them the left one stopped connecting and then they wouldn’t pair to my google pixel phone anymore. I returned them to bestbuy.

    cutting out happened regularly, and the earbuds themselves were very uncomfortable and painful to wear. for $180 i was expecting the best quality, but i didn't even get a functioning product

    Have had to replace 3X. Good customer service is difficult to work with and one of buds starts having issues after 1 month (has happened three times in a row)

    I really wanted to love these earbuds but there seems to be a lot of hardware related issues with these earbuds and after waiting a month to get these it was not worth it.

    Immediately out of the box, the right ear bud would not hold a charge. This was very disappointing, because I really liked the design & feel of the ear buds.

    I'm going to keep this simple: 1) They sound really good, especially once you get the EQ in the software set to your preferences. 2) The case is small and simple. Wireless charging! Magnetic connections so you're sure the earbuds connect properly to charge! 3) The earbuds are comfortable. I had them in for almost an hour and my ears felt fine afterward. 4) The controls are simple, yet effective. They use standard swipes for volume and taps to answer, play, ff or rwd - and they work on either ear. 5) My connections have been quick and effortless. 6) "Find my device" is also a useful tool to have the earbuds give off a tone if you've misplaced them - although this only works when the earbuds are connected (and not in their case). Overall a solid product.
