Will not work with my older Motorola phone, but perhaps it's because of the phone rejecting the high current. Works perfectly with my Pixel Pro and is instantly recognized. Charge can be custom tailored. No regrets.

I got this for my husband and he is loving it. The only thing is that maybe the phone can also charge when placed horizontally not just vertically. I am glad we got rid of the cables on the floor.

I purchased this from a Pixel 7 rebate on Google's store. Since they had no review section (I wonder why), I wanted to write one here. First, I would never pay full price for this. It's not worth it for the extra noise and saving me 5 seconds plugging or unplugging the phone. Cons: * The Pixel Stand app is *terrible*. There is no way to force it to leave your screen off while charging unless you are in a very dark room. I use this stand at my work desk and don't need it wasting the battery or display life by having the screen on always. The only solution is to manually disable the app. Why this needs to be an app and not part of the regular lock screen is beyond me. The notifications on it are horribly useless. * It's got a fan and it's loud enough it hear even when set to "Quiet" mode. Even if the phone is at 100% charge if you pick it up and set it back down, the fan runs for several minutes and this is super annoying. Enough that I will *never* purchase another without an option to control this. I'm sure it's not helping the battery health doing this. Why there's no option to charge to say 85 or 100% and only do so if it's less than 5% from that is beyond me. I guess Google wants your battery to die so you'll buy a new phone in 2 years. Pros: * Saves 5 seconds plugging or unplugging a cable, but at the expense of what I'm sure will be reduced battery life due to lack of charging options. * Comes with the 30W charger and USB-C cable. So when I have finally had enough, I can go back to plugging my phone in manually. (This is the only reason I haven't bothered to return it, but still might.)

My parents have a few and I want to get 3 for my house, definitely worth having in the kitchen, bedroom, office and living room!

Works great, came early than expected. Fits great on nightstand and weighted so it never falls over.

I love the that my phone is vertical so I don't have to lift it up to see the time when I wake up in the night, but I have a compatible phone case (MagSafe) for wireless charging and I always see a message in red that says something like 'reseat the phone for a better connection.' So I am giving it a 3 because it's super hared to get the phone in the exact right position for that message to go away

Faster charging than previous but unnecessarily bulky. I'd imagine there would be a internal power bank from the extra gerth but unfortunately this just doesn't make it worth it

This charger works perfectly. The phone does not get hot while charging and it charges very quickly. We have Google Pixel phones.

I've owned 3 of the Pixel Stand (1st Gen)s. One for my nightstand, home office, and work office. I "upgraded" to the 2nd Gen only to be dissapointed that it does not charge my Pixel 6 Pro while in the horizontal position. Google mislead me on their official Pixel Stand (2nd Gen) web page by saying, "The nearly silent built-in fan keeps things cool if you’re streaming or making video calls." Who streams while in the vertical position? This 2nd gen model lost the horizonal charging feature.

Complete garbage and when it doesn't work, Google will blame your phone case and take no accountability for an $80 brick they sold you.

No horizontal (landscape) charging. For this price, I am expecting this feature
