This is an excellent way for people to steal your money. Beware of cards shipped to addresses that aren't yours.

I love best buy. I'm sure it's a problem with Google. I bought two of these cards. My kids tried to redeem them neither of them worked. Now Google is making me wait weeks to get a replacement or get them fixed. Also they said on an email they may not replace one. Leaving me to get new gifts for my kids until they are fixed.

I bought this gift card for my daughter so she could use it on a virtual game and her balance was gone in less than 30 seconds. Never buying again!

Always a waste of money, but if mobile gaming is your thing, then this is the way to stay budget.

I do not have this, I’m very confused bc I do not remember buying this, and I do not even know what this is, so if it came with the computer we bought then the store employee failed to explain to me what this is or how I’m supposed to use this or where it is, bc I don’t have it unless it’s on the computer or something?????

Their customer service is bad. I bought one card and I couldn't use it.

I bought this card but when I tried to use it it said it was already been redeemed and the card was invalid. The balance was zero. I tried going back to best buy but of course you can't do anything. I called the 800 number they were no help. So that was a WASTE of my money

This is a review for google not best buy. Why is it that I bought two, both won't redeem and I can find no help from google in alleviating this problem. I bought them for my daughter for Christmas and they has been a total waste of money and time.

I have had nothing but problems with Google Play Gift cards so I will never purchase another one but I will continue to purchase other gift cards from Best Buy because I know that I can always find what I am looking for without having to go to other places.

I contacted a Geek Squad agent who transferred me to a bogus tech agent who I paid with these cards. Now I can't reach the Fraud Squad because of the virus,

the code in the card never worked out. try to return it in the store, and they were not willing to help out

Card Didn't work and now I have to go through a ridiculously long process to get it refunded - not happy

I bought this product and scratched the back off and tried redeeming it and all it did was say redeeming error

This card was already used with another account. You can’t get money back once leave the store.

IWAS NOT SATISFIED THE GOOGLE CARD I PURCHASED WAS DAMAGED 2 TIMES.
