Got a second one for the living room and very happy about the the whey it working.

The Google Streamer has been a good improvement over Google Chromecast. It was worth the upgrade and works great! Tons of free TV choices too!

The google tv streamer was better than I anticipated. The remote is comptaible with the TV thus not needing the original remote to adjust the volume or turn on or off the tv is needed.

Fantastic streaming device. My samsung "smart tv" was beginning to feel like a 90s computer. This device makes my TV feel new. It's super fast, and the youtube button on the remote can be programmed to open YoutubeTV.

A little slow starting up but not as slow as chromecast with google tv. Compare to Apple TV the picture and sound are better on the streamer.

I have no complaints so far. It's speedier than my Chromecast with Google TV, but I still haven't owned it for too long. Google Home is a bigger part of this package, but I find that I haven't used that at all. Remote is nicer with more buttons in addition to a customizable button.

I don't really have anything bad to say about this product. This is the second one I bought to convert two older TVs into Smart TVs. It is very responsive and the interface is basically identical to my Google TVs. I've had my first one for about 6 months and no signs of lag or anything yet. That was not true of my fire TV box so that makes me happy.

The Google streamer makes my 20 year old tv work like a new digitally ready one.

I got this from my older flat screen TV and it has made a world of difference. I can now watch all the regular TV channels without having cable. I can watch Hulu. I can download apps from my phone onto my TV screen, watch tiktok or whatever. I would say that if you not have a Google TV and you don't want to pay the high price for cable TV, go out and get yourself one of these a Google setups. It has made a world of difference in my ability to watch more than just a couple of things. There's thousands of things you can watch now on TV. It's incredible, really easy to hook up and as long as you got internet at home, you're golden. I would say go out by one today.

Had a Google Chromecast & a smart TV originally. Both were slow, and just always had issues with connecting to my Denon Atmos AVR. This is not only a major upgrade, but picture quality even increased. Highly recommend.

A further great improvement over the previous chromecast models. Works flawlessly, top picture quality and better remote. Less quirks than the Amazone cube.

Using this for LG TV that has limited app options (pre 2018). Android ecosystem is better in my opinion.

Very responsive and I love the new remote, but the device has major audio flaws and Google was not prepared for them at all. Spent an hour troubleshooting and then reached out to their support and was asked to do the same things. They ultimately offered to replace if I sent it back, but the next one I got did the same thing. Hopefully an update will be pushed soon to remedy this, but for now it's a painful experience. Rating as 2 stars because of the excellent remote. Will update review once fixed

I love this thing! The setup was easy and even my kids use it effortlessly! I definitely recommend this!
