I am used to it, and I love all the features. It syncs across all my TVs, no matter what brand or model.

With more memory and using YoutubeTV app, I can pause live TV more than 2 minutes. The remote control has no lag like my old Chromecast 4k. Also, the find remote feature works great. Only one con, I wish it had apple airplay.

The Shield is a good streaming box, but its still selling for a premium price. Not worth it for being so old. So far the Google TV Streamer works like a charm. Even though the specs aren't as good? as the Shield, its faster and smoother and less laggy. Also cheaper than a Shield TV Pro and Apple TV. Note: that if you are upgrading from a Shield TV, its remote will auto pair to the Google TV!

The wifi seemed to lack and the option of connecting to a sound bar was rough. Audio is choppy after a bit. Of course rebooting solves for a bit. I won't be getting another.
