Good, little expensive, like the find my remote feature now.

This newer decice is 10x better than the previous gen. Fast and it has mire features and options.

I purchased this to replace an aging Chromecast that had started to lose connectivity. This is vastly superior! I really like that you can install apps just like your phone. Also, it is great to hang off of a monitor or a non-smart TV as this has all streaming apps and then some!

Works great. Nice improvement over chromecast dongle. Looking to get new controller for dongle soon.

I really enjoy my Google TV Streamer. Works smoothly and provides great 4K picture.

I recently tried the Google TV streamer after being a long-time Apple TV user. I bought three units because I liked some of the features Android TV offers that Apple TV doesn’t. However, after using it, I have to say it won’t replace my Apple TV as my primary streaming device. One major drawback is the interface—it’s not as clean or intuitive as Apple TV’s. I also noticed that when I start watching a show in one room and move to another, the show doesn’t appear in my list, so I can’t pick up where I left off. This is a feature I really appreciate on Apple TV, where it seamlessly tracks my progress across devices. Another thing that I miss is the automatic notifications for new episodes. Apple TV instantly updates my “Up Next” list when new episodes are available, but Google TV doesn’t do this as smoothly. While Google TV has some nice features that Apple TV lacks, like broader app support and customization, it feels like Google needs to make the overall experience more cohesive. If they could take a page out of Apple’s book—especially for continuity and user-friendly episode tracking—it would be a much stronger contender. For now, I’ll likely only use the Google TV streamer when I need those extra features that Apple doesn’t offer.

Love it easy to use and better then the first generation version

Gives Google/Android functionality and apps to our TV that otherwise would not have. Like Google Cast for a TV that only has Apple AirPlay. Newer Apps available which are not available on an older TV

All and all it's good, once in a while I have to restart it because people's lips don't match the words or sound. I do like being able to check my cameras on the TV. It has way more storage than the old one had.

Faster loading than original chromecast TV. Easy set up.

Nice upgrade from the Google Chromecast with Google TV (4K)- Streaming Stick. The software is very smooth. I like that I can search and access all my streaming services in one App. I think I am done buying Fire tv devices. The only negative I have is they should of had the darker colors available at the same time, Since this is not hiding behind anything, it really sticks out. All my other devices are black.

Work great , easy setup and fast update of all my main apps

Despite more memory and a new look I've found this model to be basically the same as the prior version. The wifi seemed to lack and the option of connecting to a sound bar was rough. Audio is choppy after a bit. Of course rebooting solves for a bit. I won't be getting another.

Great product easily to installing watching a lot the channels

I do not like paying for cable. This allows me to stream some channels and my streaming service. I bought two of these - one for each TV. I look foward to using them for a long time.
