Took less than 5 minutes to install and it works perfectly. No more satellite for TV. This is my second one and the other one is still going strong. I am a technical dunce so I like the simplicity of this device. I highly recommend it.

Easy setup and great addition to an older television.

I got this Google TV Streamer to replace my old Google Chromecast 4k dongle. The functionality is mostly the same, and I honestly don't notice much of an increase in performance between the two units when it comes to navigating menus, apps, and loading content. The built in Ethernet port has allowed my connection to be more stable, and the increase in built in storage does allow more apps to be downloaded. The biggest improvement between the two is the remote. I love that Google built in a speaker to make it easier to find when lost, as well as a functionally adjustable button to pull up Google home with a single press. Overall, really good product.

It is faster because it must be plug to the tv and the ethernet port.

This was an easy setup, very fast response switching from different apps. Works perfectly

I love how integrated this is with my phone and electronic ecosystem. It remembers what I was watching last and I can't get back into it with the click of a button!

Google TV does arguably have the best user interface compared to other smart TV/streaming devices, however this definitely has some pitfalls. For example, it does not have wifi 6, so I'm homes with many devices, the interference can cause notable latency and occasionally affect video quality. The video decoding times are also not great, but that's only really relevant in the context of gaming, one of the reasons I purchased this item to serve as the client for LAN game streaming.

Works pretty good. Just need to learn about it more. The more i use it the easier it shouls be.

Its a google product so you never know what to expect. The item is packaged very well. The item was not easy to setup since it connected to my internet easily via the google home app but then my phone couldn't see it after that I need to proceed with manual setup. Device updated and thought everything was working but it is not turning the TV off and on. Once device is setup, I am not able to find where to setup the TV so it will turn the TV off and on when turning the device on. I might need to just reset the device and start over. I am liking that you can have dual profiles on one device though since that was missing on the last google device. Super easy to use and everything is very snappy and fast. I would recommend this device besides the painful setup process.

Google is faster, better UI and more options than my firestick. easy to set up and awesome to control with my google home devices!

Works way faster than my OLED Samsung Tizen OS smart hub. Sometikes a TV should just be a picture box and a media play should do the rest. This works fast and get the job done.

This Google TV streaming box is world's better than any other on the market.

I ended up purchasing this product for my Mom who got that JME subscription when TV Japan ended their broadcast on AT&T UVerse. Since our Samsung TV still does not that app, it was so cumbersome to stream it from a phone or tablet. So this devices solves all your problems. I also used it for NBA app as well since Samsung TV does not have that either. Another great feature is watching YouTube videos on it, this device renders the videos really pretty and you can search for items with the intuitive remote that it is packaged with. Setup is a snap, and it automatically imports all your Google settings if you choose to do so.

I got tired of my smart TV being laggy etc, so I disabled the functions and have been using googles TV hub since. It is great and super easy to use.
