good solution for using wired headphones

The problem is keeping the adapter handy and also not losing it. I had both with me for a trip and removed my adapter to use my headphones on the airplane. Somehow I misplaced the adapter and needed a replacement in order to use my wired headphones with my phone. I have bluetooth too, but every now and then the battery dies and I need headphones to survive my daily commute.

Plug and play Aux to USB-C adapter

For the price of only a few bucks more than that adapter, this solved the issue. Lesson learned for that coworker to not cheap out, especially when it’s only 3-4 dollars more expensive.
