Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just purchased my wife the new iPad Air (M-1 chip) which does not have a headphone jack (i.e. 3.5 mm female) on the device. Here is where this great adapter comes in. Simply plug the male part of this adapter into the iPad (USB-C) and then the headphones into the female 3.5mm jack and presto, beautiful sound coming from the iPad. Apple, get your act together and put a headphone jack on your devices. Our entire house is Android so no problem but the exception is my wife's iPad. Anyhow, you'll love this adapter if you do not want to get the Apple Air wireless buds which get great reviews, btw.
