I gave this item two stars, yes it fits great in your hands and it is easy to find. We got this item because we wanted something shorter then the normal selfi stick for our wedding honeymoon pictures while in Key West. Bad thing about this item is that the rear attachment is threaded in to the back end and yes it was tight enough and I did not strip the end on it. Note----while item is made out of plastic you can only go so tight! The GoPole undid itself from the of the GoPole and in the ocean it went, by the time I felt it come off and the other half was still attached to my hand the whole unit with GoPro sunk real fast, once the threaded end is out the GoPole will fill up with water. So there goes our water sport honeymoon pics. To me it was not the items lost, but more so pictures we will never recover. So do yourself a favor, if you do buy it, you need to also find a way to attach the top half of GoPro to you as well, do not trust the bottom end.

I've used the Bobber plenty of times in the pool and it's great to record my son. Another great thing is you can let your Gopro just record as it floats along. Also the yellow color is highly visible great feature.

Took the go pro and the bobber to cancan last summer. Took the bobber with me every time I went into the water. Such a great product. Wrist strap comfortable and secure.

Purchased the Go Pole Bobber floating hand grip to accompany my Go Pro Sessions. Tested it out recently in our family pool and the product did exactly what it was intended for. The color is fine and is easy to see. We will be going in the ocean with it as well. Only wish it could "bob" straight up and down.

This bobber will float while you have the extended battery bac pack on the camera.

This product works as advertised, I actually use it on my Sony Action Cam, HDR-AZ1 mini, I had to purchase a camera mount for a few bucks, $3.99. The only issue that I have with this product is that the buckle that connects the strap to the bottom creates a lot of noise that is captured on the video. I need to figure out a way to stop this because it has ruined some very good video. Perhaps some tape or heat shrink tubing will do? I know that I am not the only one experiencing this problem, the people at GoPole should address this. I think if you made the connection point out of some plastic or resin material that wont break easily this will stop the clanking that I get on my videos. I would recommend this product but with some reservation.

I recently used the bobber while snorkeling. It made it easier to film and relieves all concerns about dropping my camera. If you accidentally let go, it floats to the top.

This hand grip is just as high quality as the GoPro model but without the higher price tag.

Great fun in the water. My kids and I use it a lot. Easy to use

It's an overall good product, but the only problem I have with it is that the wrist strap metal part is makes too much noise especially when you're swimming. Maybe if it was made out of a different material instead of metal it would make less noise.

I bought this because it was cheaper than the gopro floater stick. It will be of great use in the water.
