Broke twice
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this item online for my son, as he was getting a GoPro Hero5. Upon opening and extending the main pole, it completely pulled out from the base. I brought it back to a local Best Buy and they happily replaced it with the same item. As soon as I got it home, we opened it. The first issue was the last part of the pole did not extend. As we tried to get it to extend, the bottom part broke again, in the same spot as the first pole. Very disappointed in the product. Needless to say, I will be returning it again and will not purchase this product for a third time!

Extension pole is poor quality

Anything requiring this much work requires a redesign or instructions to indicate why it’s so difficult. I would have given it a zero if that had been an option.

Don't waste your money

I will never order gopro accessories online from Best Buy again.
