We wanted to be able to film our kids underwater and not worry about losing our GoPro and especially it sinking. First day we used it the poles came apart, the floating part was connected to my wrist and the camera part was on the ground in the ocean. Luckily we were in shallow water and could grab it before it was swept away! We returned it immediately when we returned.
