||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the GoPro Karma and I purchased this extra battery for it to get more than 20 minutes flight time but BOTH of my batteries this one and the one it came with now only give me 10-13 minutes of flight time for each battery. I've only had the Karma for a few months but I'm extremely disappointed with this and with GoPro... I expected better quality!

GP Drone is a dud... a lot to do with battery life

The battery life on the Go Pro Karma is dismal at best and extremely limits any type of filmmaker from gathering enough footage. If anyone tried to bring the drone to a remote location, they'd need a ton of backup batteries.

Non recalled battery ?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know if my battery wasn't recalled or if my drone wasn't recalled but it appeared the battery fell out of the drone causing damage to my drone my camera and the battery . My wife and I both agreed the battery fell from the drone and hit the ground first . The front of the drone seemed to rear up as the battery dislodged.

Check date of manufacture

No light came about and it won't charge. The date of manufacture was back in 2016. It must have died on the shelf and I have no choice but to return it. Then I got another one and it was the same thing all over again.

Very Necessary
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The battery life is good, 18 minutes of flying is a lot time in the air when you think about it, having a couple extra batteries makes having the Karma Drone easier and more enjoyable. If you pack the backpack that the drone comes standard with you can fit up to three batteries comfortably, one in the drone and two along the sides. I highly recommend purchasing at least one extra battery.
