    It's good but i didn't really have a reason to use it. If you have the gopro bag, you don't need this cause it comes with one.

    It's a good item too have, only issue the GoPro doesn't move on it at all except if you loosen the screws which makes it not safe.

    The chest mount worked very good for steadying the camera as opposed to a helmet mount. Sometimes a little hard to get on over a PFD.
