GoPro 10 necessity

Very disappointed

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These batteries worked well for 18 months and then I started receiving the "repairing file" message while filming underwater and while whitewater rafting which caused me to loose video function on my camera for once in a lifetime events. I did the troubleshooting by testing the batteries and the sd cards that I own and the problem was definitely these batteries, despite the fact that they were fully charged. I've lost a lot of faith in GoPro as their customer support does not even respond to my inquiries. These batteries should last longer than 18 months and when they start to die of old age it shouldn't be disguised as an sc card error.

Batteries/charger not worthy of the the camera

Takes 3 hours to charge batteries which only last an hour. Charging the battery using the GoPro Hero11 takes less than an hour so I can charge 3 in the camera in the time it takes to charge 3 in this charger. Also, have to be careful to make sure you get the batteries seated properly or they won't charge. I would also think, with all the technology in the GoPro they could offer a battery that lasts more than an hour. Love the camera, not thrilled with the batteries or charger.
