Always better when you have a backup battery! This charger does 2 at a time. The Charge light turns from yellow to green when ready.

Very convenient, light ,easy to carry, charges very quickly.

This was included as part of a package deal on a new gopro. I have never had a spare battery before with any previous gopro and didn't think it would make much of a difference. Having that extra battery around was great during a recent vacation. With the size of SD cards now, the amount of storage can easily outlast the battery. Having one charged and ready to switch in let me capture all the important moments throughout my trip. I only wish this had a flip out AC plug to plug directly into a wall socket. USB C is fine, but an extra flip out plug would make this perfect.

With an additional battery and the ability to charge 2 batteries at once is very handy. Used it many times to capture entire softball games by using bothersome batteries.

While there are some less expensive 3rd party batteries and chargers out there, I recommend going OEM here. The greatest limitation of a GoPro is the amount of time you can record per battery. The biggest shortfall of 3rd party stuff is their shorter recording time. Enough said.

This was definitely worth the purchase. Being able to charge all three of my batteries at the same time is perfect. Works good and charges pretty fast

My son asked for this product as an add on to his Go Pro 5. Batteries get charged faster than by USB and having a charged spare is a major bonus. This is a must for any GoPro owner.

Bought this because GoPro 5 only comes with one battery. Battery charger fits two batteries at a time. It seems to charge faster this way than charging battery in the camera.

Love that I can charge 2 batteries at once, the charger comes with a battery as well, so I have a fully charged battery ready to go at all times.

Definitely a must have for any adventure. Extra battery for when you need it and dual charging to get you back recording memories in no time.

That is the best thing you can buy if you have go pro run and buy that i love that always i have battery i can charge also in my car. And include another battery.

Small enough to charge in your vehicle, charges fast, light displays make it easy to see when the battery is fully charged. Great and simple product.

Its a great dual charger to have. Buy an extra battery for those times that you or your friends need to charge 2 batteries at the same time in the dual GoPro Hero charger.

Charges two GoPro Hero 5 batteries at a time, works as a battery charger should. LED lights are amber when charging and green when completed, it can't overcharge the battery. Also, when inserting the batteries, remember that the pull tab on top of each battery bends towards the LED charge indicator light when sliding the battery into the charging slot (the light will come on when the battery is seated properly). The charger doesn't come with an A/C Plug or D/C Car plug, but the standard USB connector will fit most after-market USB plugs/jacks or will work fine when plugged into any USB port on your desktop computer.

The charger is great in that in can charge 2 batteries at once. This is useful as I have 3 batteries so I can use one while charging the spares. Only issue I have with this unit is that it doesn't come with a power cord, only a USB cable. You therefore have to buy your own or use something like an iPad charging block. The cable also isn't very long.

Fast, convenient, works as advertised. Definitely good to have an extra charger and battery. This one charges two batteries at the same time very quickly.

Needed a second battery. Plus it’s nice being able to charge a battery and still be able to use camera with other battery. Highly Recommend

Great way to charge two batteries at once with the fastest possible charging time. Great investment and even comes with an additional battery. Better safe than sorry!

Great charger easy to use, nice to have a backup battery, came in a package with a drone, an extra drone battery would’ve been better though
