Very portable and charges two batteries very fast.

At first I didnt think I would need the extra battery and was hesitant to buy. But after using my gopro on mostly all day trips, I learned the battery does not last very long. It was nice having the extra battery ready to go.The battery charger itself is very compact which is nice to be able to carry with you wherever you go.

Great for charging back ups. Easy to use and keep in your bag. When you put the batteries in the light is orange. Once charged it turns green. So easy to use. You definitely want to use when hiking so you can have 2 backup batteries on hand. Buy this and 1 more battery so you can have 3 on hand. It makes it easy to keep recording

I waited a bit to purchase this charger because the price was high, higher than a simple charger should cost. GoPro probably has about a 1000% mark up on this product. I only purchased it because it was a dual charger and the shape was nice. It works as expected by its really a want not a need product.

This is a must buy. The battery life isn’t all that great on the go pros so having a second battery ready is definitely a plus

The new GoPro 7 is great and a major upgrade from my 3+, but all the cool new features are hard on the battery life. I bought this charger and extra battery to make sure we didn’t miss anything. It’s nice to be able to charge both batteries simultaneously and know your camera is ready to go when you need it.

As the GoPro Hero 5 batteries do not last all that long, this allows you to charge two batteries at once, hence reducing time in between activity you want to capture. I recommend combining this with the GoPro AC Adapter so you can charge 2 batteries and a third item such as the pushbutton/talk ready remote or another battery inside the camera.

I highly recommend the charger to accompany the hero 5. It is nice to have 2 backup batteries ready to go and not worry about plugging the camera in every time you want to use it. The charger works great and should work off of any wall mount usb plug in. I am using a samsung charger for the s5 and it charges both batteries in only an hour or 2.

I purchased this for my 11 year old son and it adds flexibility for his camera use. No longer does he wait for the camera to charge the battery, he just swaps for a fresh battery from his charger. The attachments and adding are on the expensive side, but I think my son is getting more use our of his camera, which was the whole point anyway.

My charger cable stopped working for some reason and one battery does not last long enough so this was well worth the money

GoPro chews through its battery life extremely fast, even on the more conservative settings of video quality or time-lapse. Having a dual charger, plus getting an additional battery with this kit is indispensable. Before you purchase mounting kits and the like for your GoPro, purchase this.
