...it made sense to me to purchase the dual charger. This charger has worked well in the short time I have used it. Each battery compartment has an indicator light (yellow when charging, green when done) so it may be possible one battery finishes charging while the other requires more charging time.

I bought my husband a GoPro Hero5 for Christmas and decided to get this charger and extra battery along with it. The camera itself came with a battery but not a charger. I'm so glad i chose to purchase this. it is so nice to have a battery charged and ready when the one that is being used runs out of juice.

This is awesome to be able to charge more than one battery at a time. Otherwise you have to wait for one to charge in the camera while it's plugged in and then put in the next. With this you can charge 3 batteries at once! 1 in the camera and 2 in this charger!

This is the best Accessory I bought for my GoPro. The battery life is short and with this I never miss a moment. Charges 2 batteries at the same time and works for me with 3 batteries. Always charging batteries so I do not miss any of the action. Easy to use. Great Product

This extra battery and charger are a 'must have' item if you plan to shoot video for more than one hour. I am certainly glad that I bought this before going on my family vacation to Sequoia National Park. Otherwise, i would only be able to shoot maybe one hour of video with the original battery.

This charger is an absolute necessity for GoPro shooters. It allows you to charge batteries outside of the camera. If you are going to shoot for a day, you need at three batteries, this charge allows you to charge them efficient. I own two of these charges.

I purchased because I needed a charger for my batteries so I don't have to have my GoPro connected to the power to charge them, I didn't pay too much attention and I thought it was pricey, but I didn't realize until I got home, it comes with a extra battery, so I got happier with the price then.

This is just one of those essential accessories that you must have. Since you do need an extra battery which this kit came with, it is very necessary and worth the purchase. Never ever go without an extra battery and a dual charger on any trip you choose to take your gopro.

Works as advertised. For the price you would assume it comes with a converter but it doesn't. Fortunately it will work with most other converters. It's built solid so I expect many years of use out of it. The battery is obviously OEM and works just as well as the one the camera comes with.

The GoPro dual charger is great. It allows you to charge two batteries at once. Happy that it came with an extra battery as well would have been nice to see two extra batteries since it is a dual charger. Glad that it uses USB C as well so less cables to carry.

There are definitely less expensive alternative out there but GoPro proves it over and over that OEM is just made with Quality. Unlike others that only set the batteries on the charger, this cases both batteries deep into its charging port. Looks great on my desk.

When you are traveling, sometimes there is not much time to charge a battery. You never know when that great opportunity for an amazing shot or recording is coming your way and you don't want to be out of battery. IT is great recharging both batteries at night and be ready for my visits.

If you dont own this, youll have to charge your batteries while they're inside the gopro. Its just more convenient to be able to charge two batteries at once and not have to worry about swapping batteries in and out of tge gopro to charge.

I received it today, being I ordered it online. It works exactly as it says. The dual lights glow amber while charging. Then turn green once charged. AND you get a bonus extra battery. :-)

The ability to charge two batteries at the same time is indispensable. You know for sure when you start filming that should your first battery die, the second one is good to go. Nice size and for being a GoPro branded accessory, the price was actually pretty fair.

Charging one or two batteries with this charger is very convenient, especially when using the GoPro at the same time. I didn't have to sacrifice loosing the opportunity of using the camera for charging the battery when one battery was dead. Having two batteries allows for hours of run time.

I originally purchased a Re-Fuel charger and batteries for my GoPro and was disappointed. I purchased this GoPro charger and “fit and feel” is far superior. It is much larger than the re-fuel if that matters, and both units charge fine, I just like this one much more.

The battery is nice but the charger is very nice to have as you can charge two batteries at once which can be nice when you have limited outlets
