There is a nice rubbery grip material that helps comfortably keep it in place. No issues mounting and/ or adjusting my GoPro to it. I’ve worn it for several hours at a time with no issues.

It has thick elastic with a sticky-ish nylon coating on the inside that sticks the mount to your head. Wore this for a pistol match where i was running around and ducking behind cover and the camera didnt move a millimeter. Great GoPro accessory for POV shots under active conditions.

The weight of the camera makes the attachment pivot downwards. It didn't come with any instructions and we can't seem to make it work right.
