This gear was perfect for my grandson when skate boarding with his friends. He was able to record then post and share his tricks on YouTube.

This head strap is great for everything you want to do hands free! Capturing photos and video underwater with the head strap is the best.

I bought this to go with my hero 3. I got it to use while snowboarding, as an alternative to mounting on the helmet, as I don't usually wear a helmet all the time on the mountain. It worked fairly well as an alternative but I found myself just holding the camera after a few runs bc no matter how tight I made the straps, 1 fall and the camera and heads trap went flying. This happened every time, regardless how hard or soft I fell. Just for that reason, I prob won't be using this particular mount again. Also, it does move around on your head a lot while riding and causes the videos to be shaky as a result. If I were you, I'd prob just get a helmet and mount it on that. That's what I will be doing from now on

Fun to use and not too bulky. Should also buy the Chest Strap. Would be better for stability and not move as much as we look around.

For biking, skating... this may be great for you and I'd recommend it. The quality is good and product works exactly like it should. I only give it a 3 because if you use it to Dive... it's nearly impossible to get the angle right all the time because you're always moving your head to look up, around, down. Takes a lot of editing later on. Also tends to slide off your head and with no floating design and a black strap, you might lose it. (I know divers who have). Tuck it under your hood and you may be good to go. Maybe they could make a more dive friendly version?

I needed a head strap for my Nikon Keymission 170, but Nikon doesn't have the same number of accessories as GoPro. Thought I was going to have to do some alterations to make it work, but found an Insignia tripod thread mount that allowed me to use on this head strap. Worked like a charm (with exception of filming a snow tubing run that ended with slamming the wall causing the strap,& camera, to fly off over two other tubers and made for a great video).

The kids love it(teens). They're outside now shoot videos!! Works great, stays securely on each one of the kids heads.

Headstrap fits comfortably and under a beanie is concealed. really gives you a first person view with this accessory.

The head mount came in so handy off-roading in Aruba. Stays in place yet remains quite comfortable. Very well made and useful.

I purchased the head strap because I love to wear my baseball hat backward. It fits great and doesn't bounce around. The clip has a nice cushion that feels weird at first but soon isn't noticible.

Great accessory. The gel lined headband is soft and for a baldy like me, it's important. Also it fits over a ball cap without having to adjust.

This is a good headstrap for the GoPro. It is easily adjustable to fit pretty much any head. The connector is solid, and it can be adjusted to fit over certain types of headwear with ease.

Good way to use the Go Pro handsfree. It captures the video as well as the surrounding sounds to get a full effect. Wears comfortably. Stays put, no need to readjust once you have it set like you want

The clip mount works perfectly for your baseball hat brim. I used the head strap for the straw hat and it worked great as well.

Have not had the opportunity to use this yet, but will give it 4 stars for the quality alone. Nicely made, and have no reason to expect anything but good experience with other Go Pro purchases

Great and fun way to capture video hands free. Used it while doing some activities on vacation and captured the video I wanted.

Very convenient . I would definetly recommend this to friends and family. I use this all the time and is made with very durable material .

I bought this so I could hike and take video. Worked great and even works as a sweat band lol. Was very stable and got the job done.

My son bought this to use with his go pro while skiing. It fit under his helmet with the camera mounted on his forehead. He did not have any comfort issues. Now he has it for other activities.

My son wore this camera while participating in a Tough Mudder Event for the Wounded Warrior Project. Video while running obstacles was great!
