I use the head strap a lot for recording video during kayaking, bike riding, snowmobiling. After wearing it for a few days in a row, head does get sore, but that is expected.

Used the hat mount while parasailing and my video came out great. Look forward to using the helmet strap while i snowboard

This headstrap was very useful for us in our zipline adventure. We wanted to be able to video our movements but not have to worry about letting go of the harness. Great price at Best buy as well.

This mount provides a great POV, but tended to feel like it was slipping off and I had to frequently readjust it, other than that great product.
