Been wanting an action camera for a while for hiking, kayaking, and biking. This is a great entry level camera. App on iPhone works great for me. No problems with disconnects that other reviews have mentioned.

I bought the GoPro for my teenage son. He used it a couple of times and now barely touches it. He does not like the head gear. The battery seems to run out very quickly.

Very reliable product with many uses and attachements to make to fit for any situation with great video. App helps alot and compensate for not having a screen.

Great, cheap camera! The newer options are better and the LED touch screen is a plus so I would recommend spending a little more on a different model.

Go pro hero was the perfect choice for my activities! it's light weight and very durable! The accessories can be costly but are totally worth it!

We originally bought this model. However, we had trouble getting it to hold a charge, turn on, etc, while on vacation. We got no footage from a snorkeling trip we specifically bought it for. When we got home, we went straight to Best Buy and traded up to the GoPro 4 Silver. Wish we had bought that from the get-go! Definitively recommend spending a little more to have LCD screen!

This is a great camera for on the go. We use it for our karts mounted to the helmets and it takes clear video day or night.
