Good starter go pro

Great camera but hard to use without an LCD

I actually returned the camera and upgraded to the LCD version. We like to see our pictures to make sure they are taken correctly and aren't blurry, etc. Without an LCD you are just hoping that they come out ok and are centered correctly

Simple GoPro

It does the job and does not have any frills. Of course being as cheap as it is, you should not expect too much. Great for the occasional recording, if you plan on using it consistently, I would opt for the higher end models.
