It's certainly not exactly what I wanted. First, I bought the cheapest one that DOESN'T have an app for your phone... Should have checked way more! Either way, it's not terrible for the price! Kayak & pool shoots are bomb!

Good camera but not copatible with Touch Screen Lcd option.

First GoPro Hero I purchased had a bad battery. Would not charge fully. Returned for replacement. Second camera will not consistently be recognized by my MacBook. I can't even try to do a software/firmware upgrade to camera as the camera will not be recognized. When I was able to record and download video to my computer, twice, the video quality was good. Not worth waiting on the phone for customer support. I am returning this to Best Buy. I will look into another type of camera.

The only bad thing I can say is that there are times when the button seems to lag out and not work. I sat on a boat after video taping parasailing trying to get the button to work. The pics and video were still fine but just something to think about

I had multiple issues with go pro i had it fully charged and when I was shooting video for 5 min and then after that it will not turn on bcz it died on me even I had fully charged and then I was not able to transfer photo directly from go pro to my laptop had to take SD card out and insert it in Latop and then I was able to transfer files .i was really disappointed with go pro but not with service from Best Buy they had great service.i have to problem returning my go pro due to defective camera but go pro is good camera but mine was defective

Love it!!! Swam with the turtles in Kauai. Only drawback (and I knew it) was no viewfinder. The digital video readout is minuscule. No playback but I knew it buying this model. This model sufficient for 95% of users. Don't spend more $$$.

I really like the gopro cameras, and the new gopro hero is a fantastic camera. The price makes this camera a worthy buy.

Good price for beginner action camera, decent build.

I love that you can attach the camera to almost everything from yourself to your bike and vehicle to even your pets...

battery only less for 15 to 30 mins and only support up to 32gb of memory. especially in a cold weather, I mounted on my bow when I'm out hunting, by the time deer comes battery was gone, I wasn't even turn it on. I would recommend it if you're living where never get 30 degrees.

Excellent for active teenagers! Got this for a 14 yo who loves to surf and ski and it's been such a great way for them to share their day with the rest of the family.

My 14 year old grandson had a blast using this camera for a family weekend at a resort, Got great photos, lots of memorys!

Best Buy always has great prices and excellent value for the price. Plus they are not just bere, one can find them easily as one travels. Very helpful associates.
