Its really hard to learn something new when the thing doesn't work right. I don't know if the Micro card was the problem or not but I had and still having a time with the whole thing. When it does read the card it will work about 2hr 45min before its dead or too HOT! It does have a great picture though. Cell phone app is pretty good, No preview when recording! PC software is a hit and miss for Errors and have to "close the program". Hope auto save was on and working! During the editing part you get a lot of lagging" audio not in sync with the picture" but on the next step it will clear up just about all the way. I hope this helps!!!

I bought this to use mostly in the water. Very nice camera. Easy to use. Like the LCD screen. Takes great action photos.

Camera takes awesome video. Very easy to operate. Highly recommend for professional video or just for fooling around.

This is a great camera but I returned it for the GoPro 4 silver because it is more versatile. I didn't like that you can't use spare batteries and that the case can't be removed if it ever breaks or gets damaged...

Like the camera but didn't realize the waterproof case doesn't come off so can't use the frame accessory for indoors. No external microphone is available for this model. Bottom line is sound is muffled for indoor use

I am really pleased with this camera. Has a great picture, easy to use, and easily compatible with my computer.

Works well in normal conditions. Went on a trip where it was 100 plus degrees and I was taking a video and it froze. Try to keep it from overheating that's when I noticed it was having some problems

Really cool. Sync to phone. Has a screen of its own as well. We got it for 199 on sale. Can't beat it.

Bought this for my 14-yo son. He was a bit concerned that this model would not have enough features and would be 'short' on tech. But now that he has tried it he loves it. It has everything you need.

Camera was easy to use and small. The quality was great and I could control it with an app on my iPhone.

This was a gift for my grandson and since I knew little about this item it was hard to make sure I was choosing something he could use. I should have bought some of the accessories available.

I wanted an action camera for my son. He loves it. We have mounts for his dirt bike and mountain bike. The Bluetooth and wifi features are definitely worth the extra money

Our older, lower-end GoPro model was lost while on vacation in Oahu; I decided that we had to have a new camera so that we didn't miss the great underwater shots. BestBuy had a deal on the GoPro Hero+ LCD model, and I'm glad we decided to get it; the HD pictures are amazing. It took awhile to get used to using the 3 buttons- a quick review of the manual had us up and running in under 20 minutes.

I cannot say how well this particular item performed as it was purchased for a giveway. However, the winner loved it and I've heard no complaints or concerns.
