I loved the camera don't get me wrong but when recording, it would shut off, stop recording, freeze, and lag. I returned it and I'm hoping to get a GoPro hero 5 soon!

Not quite as user friendly as you would think. Just turning it on and trying to toggle the menu is difficult. Plus the app does not properly connect at times.

While I bought this thing to explore something new to me - I've yet to actually use it. In short, FOR ME, this has been a waste of money. It (and another device) also encouraged me to upgrade from my old iPhone-4. While I do have a cheap 3 year old Samsung tablet that could run the necessary software - it was a SAMSUNG tablet and miserable to use (I power it up once a month or so.) A case of optimism exceeding good sense. But I could have spent more and felt worse...

The one button operation was a fail, shut off on its own too often! Spend the extra money on upgrade to Hero 5

Power button is very difficult to operate. Know what you're buying before spending your money here. If I had to do it over again,I'd research better.

I bought this for my husband for his Christmas present and he seems to be fine with it. He had a difficult time getting it to connect to bluetooth.

This model of go pro gets really hot when in use. The picture quality is not that great. It is difficult to go thru the menu setting.

I find my self charging this device every hr. Then it gets real hot that you cant hold it either.

The first time I used the camera in the pool the top lens cover filled with water and the information screen stopped working. I tried to return it but they wouldn't because I didn't have the serial number off the package. I like the camera and its abilities but what if this happened on the trip I bought it for. It would have been a waste.

Great buy for kids who want to have come memories recorded, but the quality of the video is not as great as I anticipated.

This is such a great camera!!!!! The things you can do and now have it all on film. The best part is connecting through your phone.

Good for everything other than connecting external audio recording. The audio option are available for the higher priced gopros.

This was my experience with the session it worked perfectly the first two months after that it was all down hill, first complaint it would have trouble reading the SD card , it would also get really hot and freeze, Bluetooth connection failed completely after the two months tried resetting nothing would work.

Battery life on this really sucks you'll get about an hour you said most

This camera is not user friendly. The software and apps that support it are even worse. Extremely proprietary and incompatible with other apps. Good luck trying to save inages and videos. Very very very slow downloads. Camera heats up a lot recirding and trying to download. Files are huge even for 30 second video and not supported my most social media sites or email.

It over heated wouldn't work took it back. Went with another brand. I probably just got a bad one i guess

Unless the camera is stabilized a very shaky video will be produced. The buttons we not reliable.

Very basic action camera; quality not so great; recommend one of the upgraded models

Bought this to record field hockey goals/saves. But the picture is not the greatest.

Anything outside that range is background. Definitely a camera for the bike rider or kayak.
