    I got this GoPro for skiing. Before using the camera for the first time, I had the battery charged to 100%. The battery lasted one 8.75 minute run. Each time I attempted to record beyond that first run, the camera would turn on and display a "battery empty" message. In the online manual, the advice given for cold weather usage was keep the unit in a warm environment until ready to use. Ok, I certainly did that. At the end of the day after returning to our condo, the battery again showed 100%. So, I'm sure this was a cold weather issue. Well, since skiing is the only reason I bought this and that is normally during cold weather, this will be returned. I'm not paying $200 for a ten minute cold weather battery.
