Tons of cool features. Hypersmooth is very nice. You can tilt the camera and the image stays straight. The accessories are solid and good quality. The app for the phone works well.

Amazing camera. Loads of features that I’m still sifting through however it’s very easy to set up and takes beautiful video.

My Hero 5 finally went out so time to upgrade, use my GoPro Everyday when driving and have recorded a few incidents that warrant me recording every trip. Very pleased so far with the 10 was thinking about the 9 (At a discounted rate) but the 10 seems to have less problems than the 9, reading reviews on both. The only thing that was slightly detracting: 1. The power cord input is on the other side, was better for my car placement when it was on the camera lens side. 2. Power button was better accessable on the other side (On the 10 it's on the side opposite of the camera lens). At least the way I have mine placed, by the rear view mirror hanging inverted, with a power cord it's harder to access than the Hero 5 setup. 3. If you have a power cord attached all the time (like I do when driving), you'll need to purchase a special door that has a mini door on it so you can access the power port. As is (Stock), you'll have to remove the door/battery cover completely to access the power port. And since the power port door is also the battery cover/door (The Hero 5 had a separate cover/door for the power port and the battery/micro SD cover), you'll absolutely will need to purchase the special cover/door or the battery may fall out and/or lose contact with the GoPro and suddenly lose power. Non of the above distracted from the score though. The new doors I purchased works great and isn't a problem. They were inexpensive also (Got two of them for a bit over $20). I do really like that the mount attachments are an integral part of the Camera and fold into the body if not needed. On the 5 you needed a mounting case to use. A good improvement. Video is very good, fair audio, with a good assortment of settings. The combo pack is well worth it for all the extras you get. For mobile, moving vehicular video recording I really appreciate the GoPro 10 and will continue to be my choice of a car recording device (There is quite a few competitors for this area).

I bought an open box item and it was well worth the money. The camera was in perfect condition and worked perfectly. I always to look at open box deals to get a better price.

Picked this up at the thanksgiving sale. Comes with 2 batteries and a whole bunch of accessories, more than i needed as a newbie. I did need to buy the battery charger.

Using this to record live music videos. With the Media Mod, sound is much better and works well for recording concerts

After recording for about 20 min it over heats and turns itself off. Other than that it does good for videos and pictures along with all the options for maounting. The over heating is the only reason i cant give it more stars. I cant even recommend it with the over heating issue. Would recommend getting an older version that might not have this issue.

Love the stability hydrophobic lense and get great under water shots and I suggest getting the add-ons for the whole experience
