We had been thinking about buying this camera for a while because we like to hike, zip line, snowmobile, and ride bikes. We thought this would be a great camera/video camera to use for those activities. We tried out the camera several different times (pictures and video). The battery runs down fast. We heard some people online say that their camera overheats and turns off after about 10 minutes. When we tried to play back our pictures and videos on our computer, we had a hard time opening them up. When we finally were able to see them, the pictures and videos looked distorted. They are in wide view (I guess the only option for this camera), and it makes the ends kind of “curl up.” The quality was just “ok.” Our iPhone, honestly, takes better pictures and videos. So, it wasn’t worth paying $400. Also, it forces you to update your phone to even use the camera. That should be optional.

Get gift for travel. Easy to store and to carry. Very convenient and it takes fabulous pictures.

Action videos come out great and the auto stabilization is I credible

One of the greatest cams, I’ve ever purchased! The quality is amazing as well as the durability! I first purchased a similar priced canon thinking I’ll have awesome photos and videos (not at all) I returned it and purchased this go pro and I love it. The difference is day and night!

Great pictures and easy to use, easy to store and carry.

this gopro is a very good choice for very rough things, ive been using it for over 2 years and the screen is literlly peeling off but it still works good, great camera for 60 fps recording in 2.7K 4:3 for bike rides, very nice camera

This is my second Go Pro. They have come a long way. Highly recommend the Hero10. The picture quality is awesome. The app is significantly better and easier to use than it once was. I love that you can charge the battery while its still inside the camera. Previous models I had to remove the batteries to charge them.

Great camera, I bought it as a gift for my brother so he can start recording his adventures. The videos come out smooth and there’s so many modes to get the best picture.

Great little camera with the latest and greatest functions. However....i purchased this in a pinch because i forgot my DJI osmo action cam when i took a trip to Florida's Disneyworld. Everything is great....but i prefer the color science on my DJI camera. The gopro footage is really saturated....but still a great camera.

Love the connectivity and quality of the new generation of Hero.

I broke my Hero 8 and decided to upgrade to the Hero 10 and I have no regrets! I’ve been using the slo-mo at 240fps to video hummingbirds and slowing down the video to watch them fly! The reason I originally bought the Hero 8 was to strap it on my fpv quad for 4K steady video and the 10 doesn’t disappoint!!

These cameras are amazing it would highly recommend any one of these GoPro cameras.

Nice camera but battery life is shorter than previous models and it has a persistent issue with overhearing and shutting down.
