    I don’t get the hype. I guess if you’re using it to film short events, it’s a good camera. But my main reason for this purchase was to film upland bird hunts. The battery only lasted 1 hour. Sure, I can buy more batteries or a juice box, but I really thought the battery would last longer.

    Purchased as an upgrade from a Hero 7 white. Very easy to use, the changeable battery is a huge plus and the front screen is pretty cool also. Quality seems great so far, will continue to test. Even though the 12 is out, I saw no real benefit for that one over the 10.
