Quality was outstanding. Connectivity with the external remote freed me to photograph and walk away from the camera.

I record for extended periods of time and the camera overheats a lot. If you don't plan on recording for long period of time you should be good, but it will overheat on hot days.

I have used it for recording Volleyball tournaments. Very nice picture and really like the options for different modes. Cant wait to get this on my quad and boat. Great improvement over my old Hero6!

The video is amazing and with the new processor, it's responsiveness is much improved. I plan to keep this for a long time!

Exactly what I wanted!

Intended for streaming live, but definitely multi-purpose and able to use it on my trips and casual use. Small size make it easy and after a couple YouTube videos, was able to figure out the functions and features pretty easily.

The 5.3k is amazing not to mention you can now use ReelSteady with 5.3k! If you are looking to upgrade or just looking to get an action cam I would recommend this one!
