    I love the Hero 10 but their support is terrible, I'm still in the warranty period I've owned the camera for eight months and the battery door latch was bad, it almost required a flat head screwdriver to push the latch down to open it. I left a message on their support website for them to call me which they did very fast but after three days of back and forth with support I never got a replacement door and had to order a replacement from B&H photo. And there is no phone number to call and complain. FYI support is not in the USA.

    I am a fan of GoPro or at least I was until I purchased the HERO10 Camera. I have owned other go pros and have had great success with these cameras, but when my HERO10 started over heating in normal conditions I was to say the least disappointed and then I read up on the HERO10 and found out that the camera has had these issues for some time and nobody happened to mention this issue when I purchased it, so I just purchased a camera (not a go pro) for my vehicle half the price and as of now no issues to speak of. Hated to cut ties, but had no choice...

    This is the best GoPro HERO I’ve owned! I would just recommend steering clear from ordering your SD card from places like Amazon or eBay or you’ll have issues with formatting the SD card

    Just purchased the Hero 10 to use for water parks and for golf outings. Cant wait to see what it does under water and action shots playing golf with friends and amateur tournaments.
