Would not download images to the computer right out of the box. Shutter button totally failed after shooting less than 10 videos. GoPro support says it will take several days to weeks to replace the defective camera. It is Unacceptable to pay so much money for something to then have to wait weeks for a faulty product to be replaced. The cheaper camera brands I had were way better and more reliable. Gopro is junk and I will never buy anything made by them again. They offered nothing for my inconvenience and loss.

This Hero 10 overheats all the time if you try to use it for very long. It will not last the entire battery which can run for 1 hour but it shuts itself down due to overheating.

Nice camera, I’m still trying to figure out how to use it, that’s why I have a 3 star rating.

Great Camera but not satisfied with the App. I had plenty of issues uploading hi def videos.

Camera malfunctioned on first use. I have no pictures from my vacation. Everything was set up correctly and our first day out, the whole screen became foggy, and the camera filled with water. Apparently there was a broken seal. Thank God I purchased the warranty. Two weeks old and already had to send it out for repair. Haven’t gotten it back yet. It’s been about three weeks. Waiting to see if it works or not.

Very bad experience, it was hanging couple of times on my trip to niagara and finally ended up. Capturing the moments on my mobile.

This is a great product to have. Enjoy it and worth the money

Returned it because it's difficult to navigate through menus and the low light video feature isn't that great. My gopro 5 has better low light performance and easier to navigate, although the audio isn't as good.

This is not BestBuys fault but be advised: If you have windows 11 and looking to use the camera as a webcam, per gopro, the webcam app that you need to download to use the camera to stream is not compatible with windows 11. This is the info per the developers from GoPro who are working on an update. But that does me no good now as i need to use the camera from live streaming as advertised.

I discovered after purchasing this that gopros have overheating problems and turn themselves off if you don't have an external battery. Do some research before you buy one of these if you want to take more than 10 minute videos at a time.

Barely had any recording time, lasted only 45minutes before dying on me

It was very good underwater but later on activity shooting, it’s not clear despite putting correct settings. While zooming in pictures, it’s definitely not 4K or 5k quality which they claim. iPhone did much better job with capturing, clarity and vibrant colors.

The battery have issues, it works only for one hour or so and gets overheat

I didn't expect this from gopro. I read lot about it being freeze but I didn't expect it to freeze this much. It freezes every 10 minutes.

Had to be returned. This item said "open box, excellent condition." A piece was missing from the actual camera. When we returned it to the Rapid City store, we were givne a hard time. We also noted the price was now the same for a brand new one. Conveniently after Christmas. Finally after speaking to a manager, wee able to get a refund.

My installer - Trenton and Leonard were outstanding - after an initial disappointment with our appoint they was cancelled by BB and we were not informed - these two were great!

I bought this camera back in july when I first got it,it worked everything about was fine.I let it sit up for a month until I got all my accessories and when I went to use it the screen blacked out and started turning green while recording and it hasng worked since.

I purchasers this GoPro 10. It’s freezes up on me and it won’t turn off. I have to take the battery to turn it off. I can’t look a the videos that I did and showing it’s not supportive. I spent a lot of money for this. I went to the store and see if I can exchange for something else. I didn’t know I have 14 days to return it. It sucks, b/c you don’t know if it’s going to mess up on you. I don’t want the money back. I just wanted exchange. That is it!!

Bought for my son for Christmas. Haven’t used yet . $100 off was a plus. He really wanted it. Excited to see his videos once used.

This is an upgrade for me from my current GoPro 5 that I have enjoyed for years. I have been following the improvements over the years and nothing made me jump to upgrade from my current setup. The GoPro Hero 10 is definitely worth the upgrade! If you have a more recent model, say the 9, then this would be a tough decision given the price. However, if this is your first GoPro or, like me, you have an older one, I highly recommend going to the 10. The stabilization alone has been a major improvement and I'm seeing my dog's life in a whole new way (yes I have the dog harness). I did have to upgrade my microsd card to a V30 to take full advantage of the new 5.3K video and the 4K at 120FPS, but not a big deal considering how inexpensive those have become. The app is simple to use and allows you to control the camera remotely. The camera also makes use of voice commands which is incredibly helpful. The front screen is great for seeing what you're shooting if you happen to be shooting backwards or taking a selfie. Just all around this camera feels premium and high quality and the features and ease of use make it better than anything on the market. If you're looking for an action camera, or thinking of upgrading from an older GoPro model, the Hero 10 takes all of the things that have made GoPro's loved over the years and pushes them to the next level. It is still compatible with all the older mounts so you won't need to upgrade your accessories for the most part. Go get it, you won't be disappointed!
