Heats up really hot!!!

Can't use the highest quality because it will heat up really hot after 3 to 5 minutes then shuts off. Have two golf to a lower quality to keep it on and recording. Should of listen to the reviews about this issue. Even heats up really hot when replaying the videos. Regret getting this but have no choice but to keep since I bought a lot of accessories for this thing.
