Too much overheating

The video quality is subpar compared to others and it does no good to have extra batteries because this camera overheats before the full use of the first battery and it will shut down until cool.

Battery doesn't last

I mountet mine on my motorcycle helmet and was going to ride for one hour and half but it didn't last for one hour.

Do some research online about the software update. I tried to all the fixes online like put the update on the memory card then restart etc....I returned it and hope the 12 will not have the issues. There are many people having the same issue, I would suggest the 10 or wait

Better off getting a camera/camcorder. Not many features. Not to mention you have to pay for the app service to use the go pro!

One is the linear lens is not linear. It shows curves and distortions for straight objects. Horrible camera with no support.
