DO NOT PURCHASE THE SUBSCRIPTION - Useless and Horrible Customer Service I purchased the Quik subscription with my GoPro 11. I canceled the auto-reorder subscription immediately after it appeared on my credit card, within 48 hours of posting. I called Go-Pro in hopes of 48 hours of leniency, after all, I did purchase the largest, most expensive package, in addition to multiple accessories. After a quick search on the internet, I have learned their canned playbook. Be diligent and cancel ASAP The customer service rep will let you feel he/she will do everything she can to get you a refund and that they will need to email you back. This is to get you off the phone. It's not like they are going to walk down the hallway and talk to a supervisor. Instead, in an automated way, 5 days later, they'll send a canned corporate template email, that they tried and did everything they could but they had to keep to and refer you to the terms and conditions you checked1 year ago. Yes, the billion-dollar company, which incurred no additional expense for supporting my cloud subscription for 48 hours...... needed to keep my $50. As to the camera, it’s video capture is almost as good as my iPhone, but the UX is horrible, the operating system is very slow. If you are looking for frictionless experience, shoot, upload and share, this is anything but that. I’d buy the ProExtreme (it’s not a GoPro, it’s better)

This is truly a waste of money. Some of the china knockoffs from Amazon provide much better picture quality and battery life. If you buy this camera you are truly a sucker. I used this for scuba diving and the under water resolution and batter life was garbage.

Poor quality. I have always had go pros. I bought this one for an upcoming dive trip and excited for an even better camera. Imagine my disappointment when it feel off a seat, I’m talking 1.5 feet and cracked. I thought this was crazy since these cameras are meant for adventure. Apparently no longer. Go pro is just the latest company to choose profit over quality and choose not to stand behind the products they deliver. If you would asked me before this I would have said go pro is worth the price due to the quality of camera you get, I can no longer say this.

GoPro gets insanely hot, and in order to prevent it from getting too hot, I need to turn off certain features. It is ridiculous & shouldn't have to do that.
