    Sad, stressed out and very disappointed by call center customer service today! I had a nightmare experience ordering this GoPro - HERO11 Black Action Camera Bundle - Black Model: CHDRB-111-THSKU:6544454. I frantically raced to complete the online order for a 7-minute deal before 1:00AM EST-- only to watch the deal disappear as I pressed the "place order now" button. I was charged an extra $100.00 for my order. I would have been able to secure the savings if your purchase process did not send me through several steps: signing in, not recognizing my email, not recognizing my password, starting over as a guest, etc. UGH!! Customer Service told me they could do nothing, canceled my $300+ purchase, and lost a customer. I can find the same deal online currently--which you will not price match! --but I intended to shop local at my Mooresville store. I will never shop at WORST BUY again.
