Pretty slick device takes photos and movies likes it is a mini camera. Also can be mounted on things - ingenious.

Not a frequent action camera buyer but needed to replace an older model and I’m satisfied with this product

although it is the king in action camera, but once again it was a disappointment as there was no advancement between the previous11 to 12, it was adispointing purchase, but as always it is a great action cam if you are not interested on new technologies but want to have a solid proven company. i was not happy because i almost had ever model up until gopro 12 and i finally gave up and going with other brand now

If you in thematiet for a gopro its definatly worth it

Nice to have the preview playing on phone , while recording. I have the GP10 also and the GP6.

This is my first action camera and wanted it to be good but this is truly not. Upon opening the package and attempting to perform the required updates, it took four or five tries to get it to actually connect and update to allow use with the app. Each attempt required a complete removal of the device from iOS Bluetooth connections. From there, things seemed fine for a short while. Then I noticed that recording performance was spotty in which the recording would randomly stop. I tried two other approved SD cards but no change in outcome. I called technical support and we agreed there was a fault with the battery. They offered to send me a new battery(one time only) but it never arrived after three weeks of waiting. I purchased a new battery myself tried it, and it was in fact a faulty battery. Now there are lingering issues with recording in which the firmware does not start a recording using previous settings upon shutter button press. I would prefer to return this but I am now outside of the return policy time frame. I have lost numerous hours of good footage and am quite disappointed.

Great camera overall but it fell short compared to Dji osmo 4. Primarily the low light was to granulated.

Extremely happy with my purchase. Already used on hikes and waterfalls in Brazil.

Imagine spending 400 dollars on a go pro and it randomly shuts itself off on a full battery, empty sd(SanDisk - Extreme PLUS 256GB microSDXC UHS-I Memory Card) card and not outside condition specific. Let me go into detail here. I originally bought the clear plastic protective case for it because I use it on my motorcycle helmet. I was afraid of things hitting it, but it has a habit of overheating to barely touchable when it's in there for any +30 minute period of time. When it stayed on that is. I took it out. Still turns off. Get some new batteries see if that was the issue? I purchased the 2 pack of enduros with their charger. Problem solved right? No. All of this was on stock settings that seem to be prioritizing battery life. The reason I don't suspect the battery is it will sometimes record a longer video if I restarted it, after noticed it turned itself off. So it doesn't make any sense the first one cuts short and the second one goes on until the battery actually dies. Well I wasn't terribly happy with the video quality so I swapped a few settings 4k, 60hz and super view with the motion smoothing setting off. It's still doing it. I dropped it down to 1080p. Still does it. I had quick capture on, still did it. Turned it off, still does it. I have no solution for this and I'm outside of the return window. It's random and sometimes does fine for a little bit. Then it'll just throw a hissy fit and not work intermittently. Cold and hot weather have no affect so far as I've seen. -80/10 cannot reccomend. If I could give it a 0 star rating I would. Mine is a complete lemon as is. Build quality and UI seem fine though. Makes a wonderful paperweight if you're that bouji.
