Such a big change, idk why i didnt purchase previous versions but glad i did wait long enough for the 12, it has everything but better, better battery life, all my stuff from 4+ works with the new device so not that extra investment in gear except for the housing... I know that from 10 to 12 there are not big changes but haveing the latest one is always great right? Just go for it! prices don't fall that much so don't be cheap for a couple bucks and start enjoying now.

I use it for my dirt bike, have it mounted to a “Chin Mount” on my helmet. Stabilization is pretty good and has solid image quality

The 12 black has plenty of features. I recommend picking each style of usage intended and methodically using each feature and keep a log of results, otherwise you are spitting in the wind. The more you task the device, the hotter it will run. If you plan on taking long recordings, keep settings at minimum to reduce heat and extend battery power. I recommend having a few extra batteries ready and on hand. Have fun!

Good Bundle, either you are new to the GoPro cameras or upgrading from an old one (like me with a Hero 8 Black). The batteries now last more and doesn't overheat so fast. The handler feels sturdy but not heavy so it is easy to use.

I've been using the gopro hero4 for a while and thought it was time to upgrade. The camera is good, the stabilization is perfect. I just feel my footage looks different and the there is more distortion on linear mode than on the GPH4. Also 1080p 240fps looks blurry... super blurry
