Had no idea what i was needing to video my daughters golf match. Dante in Chattanooga help me tremendously. Im old school so he explained and showed me on his own go pro. This guy needs promoted to train others how to give great customer service.

I always wanted a GoPro so I decided to finally buy one so I could document my trip to Costa Rica last week. To sum it up, it’s the best purchase I made in a while. Takes great video on land and under water. I was able to capture some cool footage while zip lining and snorkeling.

This is a great package & the Hero 12 records amazing video & pictures. Only 3 stars though because GoPro deleted the built in GPS! I had just assumed it had it b/c every camera before it did. Boo - terrible decision GoPro! Please at least come out with a remote that has it and allows for onscreen overlay of speed.

Pretty costly but nice. compact and easy to use. Can save all those trips into the cloud or download into Computer to share. Great Product.

This camera is amazing, I just did 14 years in prison. I bought this cause I wanted to record me fixing my house and I wear it on my head like a hat and record my days. Thank you for such a a wonderful product.

I gave this camera to my nephew as a 18th birthday present. He loves it. He does mountain biking and sent me videos of some of his trips. They're of beautiful, great quality.

The equipment itself was great, nicely packaged, and having a bundle set together was very helpful. Though they make it clear you have to download software to get started, there's not a lot of other instruction for set up and pretty much nothing included that gives instruction on use. There's not even clear guidance to where to find a manual online and yet there's much of the camera that while somewhat intuitive requires details. (Which buttons do what? You can easily change to voice command--but what commands can you give and in what format?) More problematic for me was that after recording, the video is in HEIC format which means a normal Windows media player cannot use it without a paid download. I didn't research that before but kind of wish it was prominently noted when buying. I haven't tried to edit and save any footage in another format yet but I am afraid it may be difficult as well. So not something to grab and go and start using without thought. especially if your a Windows user
