The HERO12 feels incredibly solid and durable, a robust little action camera built to handle real abuse. quik app is slow which can be improved for seamless editing for the user.

It's easy to set up. Picture quality is good. Problem is the overheating issue. It would record for about one hour, then it shut off by itself because it gets too hot. What if it happens at the most important moment?

Great action cam. It was my first action cam purchase, and I could see why people praised about this product. I used it for snorkeling and ATV, it worked great. If you're not sure what to get, just get this one!

Still a good option for record short action video. But price need to drop. A decent basketball game recording option given it's size and set up, but recommend having a back up on hand because over heating issue even at 4k 30fps.

Excellent image quality, sound and very easy to use

I'm impressed with how the Quik phone app works so far. Given that you mount the thing in ways that make it hard to get to, the voice commands and use of the Quik app to control many functions is super useful.
