In love with this GoPro! I am happy I decided to upgrade to the 13. Definitely met my expectations!

Camera worked fine except it did not work using an auxiliary external battery like it claimed in the instruction manual. I have to use the battery because my videos are more than a hour. It said in the error on the screen that it needed a 2 amp supply but I was already using a larger supply. The tech from GoPro tried to help but with no success and offered to send a new camera as a replacement. Before I was to return the camera, i checked online and found out that all the cameras did this and GoPro though their "Lab" part of their website offered a software fix. I did that and it worked. I have since for the past few weeks been filming with no problems. I wish the GoPro tech had suggested that.

Great quality and durability. Pricey but worth it so far. Hard to find something that rivals it in price range though.

Camera is great and a good starting point but i do wish i had got the bigger bundle so day 1 i would be able to do more.

Very good camera. I have been dreaming about one for a long time. Now all my wonderful moments in life are captured with a good angle. It is very good that it is waterproof. It will allow you to shoot magnificent views underwater.a camera for many occasions!

The store manager was outstanding in locating and having this camera transferred to his store in time for us to take it to Hawaii. His teams knowledge of the product was valuable in quickly acquiring the basic skills to get the most out of the camera.

It’s okay when it works.. but it has software issues very frustrating it doesn’t connect half the time but then the other half it does

This is the first gopro since the gopro 3. I wanted to use it for vlogging but find myself using my phone more and more. I can't mount it to my dashboard with any of the accessories because my dashboard is rubber. Its almost impossible to get anything to stick so i stuck it to my windshield. I tried to use the clip as well but it only could clip to the dash in front of me so that was a no go. I think i would only use it for my hiking vlogs or when i need to organize my thoughts at my dest but probably wouldnt use it for much else. I would probably return it if i could and get a different camera.

Great camera, I use this for capturing on stage performances without being in the way.
