The case is nice but wish it had something more than card board structure inside it. But at least it's removable. Camera gets hot when filming in uhd with high frame rates. Remember, it's an action camera and needs air flow

Amazing customer support

But bestbuy had the best customer service, they immediatly replace the item and this one is doing great!!

Not impressed by sales process

Sales person also made it impossible for me to access my warranty and cover by using her phone number and not my contact details

Needs better zoom capability
