Low light effects not good at all. There is a 3 second shutter delay. Otherwise the stabilization is great.

I bought an “excellent condition” GoPro from Best Buy, but when I went to the store, I found out a brand new one was actually cheaper. So I exchanged it, but the store didn’t give me the price difference back. They told me to contact customer service, so I did… and it took forever for them to figure anything out. Customer service finally told me the refund would go back to my card, but it’s been 3–4 weeks and I still haven’t received anything. Like seriously, how hard is it to send the difference back? This whole situation has been super frustrating. I honestly hate shopping at Best Buy after this experience. Terrible service and zero follow-through. If I could give a zero I would

Pretty good just wish the battery lasted as long as advertised

This gopro isn't that great for Arizona temperatures. Got this for my daughter's softball games and it last maybe 10 minutes and shuts off. I do have a gamechanger setup where it has shade all the time from direct sunlight. I also tried it inside to record my bowling leagues and it was so hot to the touch that i should've known it wouldn't work outside at the games. Might be good for colder temperatures.

Read your reviews so open box saved me some money and yet I will have to replace one battery right away. Seems like the shady customer before swapped an old one in here. Oh well I still saved a few dollars but not too much.
